Minecraft, a famous sandbox video game developed by Mojang and created by Markus "Notch" Persson in the Java programming language, is accessible all over the world and used by 112 million monthly active users in 2019. The potentiality and the extension of the Internet become a responsibility and an opportunity to do and share good things.
So "The Uncensored Library" was born, a colossal project created by Reporters Without Borders (RSF) with 24 builders from BlockWorks, an international design studio from the United Kingdom and an official Minecraft partner. The library, created with 12.5 million blocks, is filled with over 200 censored articles from 5 different countries (hidden from government surveillance technology inside a computer game).
