Hola Art Lovers!
Many brands and institutions are producing creative ads to raise awareness as well as manage the crisis effectively. Here we look into the campaign called “Art of Quarantine,” created for the Ministry of Culture and Information Security in Ukraine, by Looma Creative.
What would happen, if this pandemic were to happen during the times in which classic art pieces were made? Considering this question, the campaign combines our “pandemic reality” with the familiar scenes of art. The intention here is to convey the very much needed precaution habits for the COVID-19 pandemic to as many people as possible. These digital posters will make you exposed to the measures you need to take, and hopefully, help us slow down the spread.
The remarkable titles are..
- Use delivery
- Make supplies
- Keep the distance
- Social distance
- Wash your hands
- Use hand sanitizers
- Use gloves
- Wear face mask
- Pay with card
That’s how Loome Creative explains the creative project:
“During the current coronavirus pandemic, many people still ignore the basic rules of quarantine and personal security.
We can say that the ability to preserve the quarantine – is a kind of art. This is how we came up with the idea of the ‘Art of Quarantine’ campaign, launched in association with the Ministry of Culture and Informational Security of Ukraine.
Classic art pieces get a new look and teach how to stop the spread of COVID-19 and stay safe.
As a part of global campaign #FlattenTheCurve, we aim to stop the spread of the disease and share this message to the maximum number of people all over the world.”
Hereby, we see many brands, institutions, and governments continue taking steps and assuming responsibility for raising awareness.. hopefully, to flatten the curve, eventually.
